RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责

Conduct CV screening, interviews and other recruitment activities to ensure talent needs are met.

Responsible for social insurance, housing fund handling; commercial insurance, work injuries case handling if any.

Maintain HR related data regularly and report timely and accurately. Such as data for MOR reporting, absenteeism report etc.

Process employee attendance data via OA system and export report to support payroll calculation on a monthly basis.

Maintain and update employee personnel files to ensure up to date integrity of employee personnel information.

Maintain Sage system on a regular basis and ensure new hire and leave staff information up to date.

Support on training programs implementation.

Support on team building events & internal communication events, such as world sight day, happy hour, English corner etc.

Office administrative support as needed.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES任职要求

Must have relevant experience in recruitment function in a manufacturing/production environment.

Must be a team player and demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills and abilities.


MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE经验要求

College and above degree in Human Resources or related field.

At least 5+ years related experience in Human Resources; Attendance or payroll handling experience is a plus.

Experience in manufacturing base is a plus

Good English communication skills
