RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责
Conduct CV screening, interviews and other recruitment activities to ensure talent needs are met.
Responsible for social insurance, housing fund handling; commercial insurance, work injuries case handling if any.
Maintain HR related data regularly and report timely and accurately. Such as data for MOR reporting, absenteeism report etc.
Process employee attendance data via OA system and export report to support payroll calculation on a monthly basis.
Maintain and update employee personnel files to ensure up to date integrity of employee personnel information.
Maintain Sage system on a regular basis and ensure new hire and leave staff information up to date.
Support on training programs implementation.
Support on team building events & internal communication events, such as world sight day, happy hour, English corner etc.
Office administrative support as needed.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES任职要求
Must have relevant experience in recruitment function in a manufacturing/production environment.
Must be a team player and demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills and abilities.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE经验要求
College and above degree in Human Resources or related field.
At least 5+ years related experience in Human Resources; Attendance or payroll handling experience is a plus.
Experience in manufacturing base is a plus
